The program is well-respected within the Australian tech sector for tackling gender imbalances by facilitating a sustainable, high-quality talent pipeline. This program has fostered diverse hiring practices across the APAC region, directly contributing to an increase in female representation at Atlassian’s Early Career cohorts, from 25% in 2019 to over 50% in 2025, while engaging over 1,2000 attendees across five years.

Atlassian is building a more inclusive, accessible world by embedding accessibility into how we design, build, test and support our products and workplace.

Anchored in Australia and scaled globally, Atlassian’s Accessibility Program combines engineering guardrails, accessible-by-default foundations in our Design System, and transparent reporting. It also prioritises human-centred enablement with an Accessibility Champions network, role-based training, and a customer Accessibility Support Portal. In FY25, we accelerated remediation at scale—resolving thousands of issues and preventing regressions before we ship.
