DuluxGroup IT&DE DEI Initiative
DuluxGroup has an ambition of achieving gender balance (40:40:20) across our business with a focus on attracting more women into leadership roles and historically predominately male areas. Whilst we have seen significant improvement in parts of the business; for IT&DE we focused our efforts on increasing gender balance across our function and enhancing our inclusive culture.
We formed a passionate team to create a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and Our efforts increased gender diversity from 26% (December 2023) to 31% today, fostering a collaborative culture.
