Dr Nandi Spry is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant, Nandi has been a part of designing and evaluating a racial diversity program for a Fortune 10 company based on their Global Diversity and Inclusion strategies, as well as with an international non-governmental agency that develops and implements programs to support the positive development of vulnerable, deprived and excluded children in 31 countries. Nandi has also played a crucial role in developing accredited wellness programs for 17 years including teaching Communication & Diversity and Health & Society at university level.
