Action through education
Our most popular education resource is the TechDiversity Academy, where participants access DE+I relevant sessions, mentorships, practical DE+I frameworks, and peer-to-peer networking. Modules within the Academy have been developed in partnership with one of our delivery partners Diversity Atlas.
It is unique transformational process built on a well-thought-out program by a team of DE+I experts with various skills and backgrounds from data analytics to workplace transformational change consultants. Request brochure.
This comprehensive program is available for HR & DE+I Specialists.
Sample modules include:
- DE+I fundamentals
- Contemporary trends and challenges in DE+I
- Becoming a DE+I data literate organisation
Creating an inclusive workplace culture is a bit more complex than merely saying your workplace supports diversity, equity and inclusion.
Our role
We make diversity, equity and inclusion in technology compelling and inspiring,
and act as a conduit between our community and DE+I experts offering education, insights, collaboration and action.
Workforces will only survive, grow and thrive when individuals and organisations harness the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Our educate resource pillar is used by our community to access resources to assist them on their diversity, equity and inclusion journey. We also invite our community to suggest studies, opinions and outlooks we could share here.
