Nominate For 2027.

Put Your Initiative On The National Stage

Now in its twelfth year, the TechDiversity Awards are Australia’s national recognition of the people and organisations using technology to build a fairer, more inclusive country. Each year we bring together a senior audience from government, business and the media, across every industry sector, to celebrate the work that makes technology serve everyone.

This isn’t about being a tech company. We want initiatives from healthcare, retail, government, business, travel, mining and beyond, anywhere technology is used to include more people.

Be seen by the nation: Winners are featured in Forbes, B&T and Pulse IT, and across our channels to a senior national audience.

Judged by the best: Your initiative goes in front of 40+ senior judges, executives, government and DE+I leaders.

You don’t have to win: Win or not, we invite you to feature your initiative and share your story through our marketing all year. Why not visit previous nominations here, so you can see the calibre of entries.

Digital Awards Booklet

Every nomination earns its place in our digital Awards booklet, not just the winners. Your initiative, your story, handed to every guest on the night, then shared with our whole community long after. Nominate, and you’re seen, win or not.

Todd Phillips, Director, Fire & Wattle, Overall Award Champion & Business Category Winner.

“To be recognised across multiple categories at the 2026 TechDiversity Awards, is a huge honour and taking home the Business Award as well as the overall Technology Champion Award was a very proud moment. Its also a powerful reminder that purpose-led businesses can create real impact”

New This Year / Be The First

Every year our delegates tell us the stories behind the nominations are the best part of the night, and they wanted more of them.

So for 2027 we created the Community Choice Award, and handed the final say to the people this work is for. Reach the finals and your initiative becomes the centre of a national campaign: your story told across our channels, and the vote opened to everyone.

It’s recognition you don’t have to wait for a judge to give you, exposure that builds for weeks, and a reason for your whole network to get behind you.

One Initative, Enter More Than One Category

Your work rarely fits a single box, so it doesn’t have to. You can enter the same initiative into as many categories as genuinely fit, giving it more chances to be seen and recognised.

Business

For companies treating diversity as a commercial advantage, not a compliance exercise: inclusive hiring and retention, equitable pay and progression, and leadership that builds teams as diverse as the customers they serve.
