My Aged Care

My Aged Care is the Australian Government’s gateway to access aged care information and government-funded aged care services for older Australians, their families, and carers.

Since 2019, Liquid has collaborated with the Department of Health and Aged Care and hundreds of older Australians and their families to create a platform that empowers people to make informed decisions about care options.

My Aged Care is a key service delivery channel for the Australian Government, with more than 2.3 million users in 2021-22 We’ve made it easier for people to find help, with provider searches up 49% in 2021-22. We’re also helping people take action, with more than 88,000 online applications completed since 2020.
