When we kicked off the awards we expected to see three categories of nominations – Leaders, demonstrating the path forward; Emerging Programs that were building up momentum and unfortunately Tokens that show much work there is to be done. This year’s awards we’ll be recognising as many emerging programs and well established programs that we can. After all these awards are about recognising what’s been achieved, or great ideas organisations have to encourage more and more initiatives that foster diversity.
On the 10th June we’ll be releasing a showcase of the shortlisted nominations – hopefully seeing these nominations will help inspire you to get your nomination completed before the deadline.
